Whilst we now have an office in Wagga Waga, our business still conducts a lot of its services remotely online, via email, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or by telephone consultation. We’ll tailor the delivery of our service to you and the benefits to both of us, are huge.

For example,

• You don't need to leave your house to get your tax done. This is great if you have kids, they're sick, you're sick, you're a carer or you live out of town.

• We work flexible hours, so we can start early or work late to meet the needs of our clients. So if you work full-time and can't make an appointment during business hours, we’ll work with you to make a time that suits. Within reason, of course, we still need to eat and sleep.

• Cloud based software, use of electronic signatures, scanning, emailing of documents and online payments streamlines the whole process for you and us.

• For business clients, we can come to you so you don't have to take valuable time away from your work.

• We are pretty much paperless so we are doing our bit for the environment.

• Our overheads are lower so we can provide a quality, professional service but without the big firm fees. 

Face-to-face consultations are available by appointment and are recommended for initial or in-depth client meetings and training sessions. Subject to COVID-19 restrictions.
